BIOIDENTICAL HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY

CLASS DESCRIPTION

This informative class discusses a prescription alternative to conventional hormone replacement therapy.  The differences between bioidentical and conventional will be discussed, what bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is, why bioidenticals are better, and descriptions of what hormones make up the bioidenticals. Class starts at 7:30PM at the pharmacy, and lasts until 10:00PM.  Taught by Richard Holm, R.Ph. The cost is $20.

Many of us wonder if we are really getting the nutrition our minds and bodies need to truly be at our best. Questions about our nutrition are answered in many different ways by a variety of sources.  This class sets out to answer these questions and many more. Nutrition affects our lives and our health in so many ways, and good nutrition and nutritional supplementation should be a cornerstone of our health, and of a healthy lifestyle.
